Harneet Grewal, DDS, BDS, is a clinical associate professor in orthodontics and pediatric dentistry. She was born in India where she graduated from dental school; she pursued further education in the U.S. and received a dental degree at UC-San Francisco and pediatric dentistry specialty training at Tufts University. Before coming to Michigan, she served as associate director of the Pediatric Dentistry Program at the NYU-Lutheran site in Holyoke, Massachusetts, in a federally qualified health center with an emphasis on collaboration, with medicine and pharmacy located in the same premises. She is a board-certified pediatric dentist currently involved in teaching in undergraduate and graduate Pediatric Dental Clinics at U-M School of Dentistry. She also oversees the Pediatric Dentistry Service at Mott Children’s Hospital. She is committed to making oral health a vehicle to drive interprofessional education to improve patient outcomes.
