Health professionals from across disciplines came together to discuss challenges, share insights, and explore new approaches to improving collaboration and patient care.

The University of Michigan’s Health Professions Education (HPE) Day will be reimagined for 2026 after a one-year pause in 2025. This initiative aims to enhance collaboration and learning among healthcare professionals to improve patient care.

This new bi-monthly initiative is designed to strengthen connections across healthcare disciplines, fostering collaboration, learning, and community-building among professionals dedicated to improving patient care and outcomes.

C-IPE team members presented three posters that highlighted the Center’s innovative approaches to interprofessional teamwork and community engagement.

Chloe joined Michigan Medicine in July 2023.

Johnny joined the Center for Interprofessional Education in October 2024.

Student attendees were joined by dozens of facilitators from a variety of health fields at the Pathways in Health Meet and Greet event.
