Healing Through Teamwork, Connection, and Relationships

Join educators, clinicians, and learners from across U-M and Michigan Medicine to celebrate interprofessional collaboration, honor our 2025 IPE Awards recipients, and explore the future of team-based care. The morning features a keynote from Dr. Thomas Lee, Chief Medical Officer of Press Ganey, and interactive workshops on leadership and relationship-building.

Celebrating Chloe Miwa’s Fellowship Journey with the Center for Interprofessional Education

Chloe has completed her Michigan Medicine Administrative Fellowship, where she dedicated her second-year immersion to working with the Center. She will soon transition to the next phase of her professional journey as she begins medical school at Duke University, a significant step that reflects her continued commitment to leadership, learning, and service in health care.

The IPE/IPC Community of Practice brings together faculty, staff, and learners dedicated to advancing interprofessional education (IPE) and interprofessional collaborative practice (IPC) at the University of Michigan. This dynamic network fosters connection, knowledge-sharing, and innovation to enhance teamwork across the health professions.
