Welcome to the site describing the University of Michigan’s efforts regarding interprofessional education and collaborative care. While our University has long engaged in interdisciplinary research and practice, we have recently committed significant resources to make sure that the same collaboration exists in the education of our students. That is, our goal is to ensure that every eligible student enrolled in one of our nine Health Science Schools located in UM-Ann Arbor or our satellite campuses (UM-Dearborn or UM-Flint) will gain the necessary knowledge and skills to become effective members of the collaborative health care teams of the future.
